  • →Owned the Jira backlog: 50+ user stories, bi-weekly sprint planning under Scrum, 12 major releases shipped on time
  • →Led a full redesign: 600+ pages, content overhaul, SEO optimization, visual refresh
  • →Coordinated 4 cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Content, UX/UI); designed 20+ wireframes/prototypes in Figma
  • →Mined 500K+ monthly sessions in GA4, ContentSquare and Eulerian to surface friction points
